Tatyana Viktorovna Strelnikova – financial manager of the Imkoniyat FKH since October 2021. Qualified specialist in the field of financial reporting and accounting. Previously, she worked as chief accountant in the branch of OJSC Tojiksodirotbank in Bokhtar

Experience:
Dilorom has nearly 17 years of experience in microfinance and over 15 years of experience in managing a microfinance organization.
She began her career in 2006, in FINCA Tajikistan as a Credit Expert of the group department in the Jaihun region. Since 2008, she worked as a Credit Manager, then appointed to the position of Director of the FINCA Branch in the Jayhun district. Before joining FINCA, starting in 2004, she worked as a psychologist at the NGO Mohi-Munir, Jayhun.
Dilorom continues his career as the Head of the Credit Department at the IKONIYAT MCF.
